The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union has lodged particulars of alterations of the union’s rules with the Fair Work Commission in accordance with regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.   The alterations sought to be made vary rules 13 and 15 of the union’s rules and also seek to insert a new rule 13A and 13B.
