NOTICE OF RULE ALTERATION APPLICATION

The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union has made application to Fair Work Commission for alteration to Rules 14 and 37 of the Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union, and insertion of a new r.15A.

A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
