Further, the following rules will be deleted:
- 5 (definitions of “board”, “declared person or body”, “disclosure period”, “financial duties”, “non-cash benefit”, “related party”, “relative”, “relevant non-cash benefits”, and “relevant remuneration” only);

- 24C
- 24D
- 50B
- 50C
- 50D
A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
