To: Members working at the Inner City State Secondary College Project, located at 252-258, 270 & 274-286 Gladstone Road, 2-4 Grantham Street, 167-171 Annerley Road and 4 & 7-23 Denbigh Street, Dutton Park, Queensland (Site); delegates and agents of CFMEU C&G Qld/NT engaged to work at the Site; officers and employees of CFMEU C&G Qld/NT

On 4 August 2020 the Federal Court made the attached Order (Order) against the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (Union), Andy Blakeley and Dean Mattas.

The Union withdraws any direction, authorisation or encouragement for any of its members employed at the Site to engage in industrial action.

The industrial action defined in the Order is to cease and any prior authorisation of the industrial action is cancelled.
