The first of the 2016 CFMEU Victoria EBAs has been certified and approved by the Fair Work Commission.

The Fair Work Commission has found the Agreement between Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd, its Employees and the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) meets the requirements of the Fair Work Act.

The Agreement has also been found to be compliant with the Building Code 2013.
