Amalgamation Post Ballot Report Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 TEXTILE, CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR UNION OF AUSTRALIA

Members are advised that in accordance with s68 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 a copy of the amalgamation post ballot reports issued by the Australian Electoral Commission in relation to the proposed amalgamation of the CFMEU, MUA and TCFUA  can be obtained from the AEC on the request of a member who was eligible to vote in the amalgamation ballot.
